- Academic Petition: request an exception to a university policy
- Inter-institutional Cross Registration: take classes at CSS or UWS
- Multi-I Enrollment: take classes at other UMN institutions
- Change of College or Dual Degree: switch to a different major in a different college or add a degree that is different than your current.
- Returning to UMD: If you have not enrolled in 2 consecutive semesters, follow these steps to be readmitted to UMD.
- Withdraw/Leave of Absence: information on leaving UMD
