At the End of Your Project: Once you have reached the end of your project, there are four ending requirements that must be completed in order for you to be considered done with your UROP award. For students, these requirements include a final report, a student evaluation, and presentation form. The fourth requirement is a Verification of Completion form, which must be completed and submitted by your faculty sponsor. If you are graduating, all requirements must be completed at the end of the month prior to graduation (November 30 for a fall graduation and April 30 for the spring) or the final $900 scholarship payment will be forfeit.
Departments will be responsible for any fund discrepancies on a student's account.
