Information and Resources for Current CSD Students

As part of the UMD College of Education and Human Services Professions, CSD Students have access to a number of resources.

Process for Requesting Letters of Recommendation 

Students may request letters for recommendation from faculty for a variety of reasons, to include scholarship applications, graduate school applications, and job applications. If you are interested in requesting a recommendation from a faculty member, please review the information at the following link and talk with us. We are happy to help you!

CSD Courses

The CSD Department offers undergraduate and graduate courses.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students work closely with their academic advisor to outline a degree plan that includes the CSD Course Sequence.

Graduate Students

CSD Handbooks 

Graduate students have a series of important handbooks available to them that address topics related to earning the master's degree and completing clinical education requirements. These handbooks are available on the CSD webpage.

Plan B Resources

The Plan B is an important part of a graduate student's education.  The CSD Graduate Program Handbook has important information for completing this project.  You will find information on Past Plan B Projects, Plan B Forms, and Plan B Instructions.
