Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Positions Available
The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to our teaching and research missions in the undergraduate and graduate programs. The area of research specialty is open; it is preferred that I/O Psychology applicants have research experience in the areas of leadership, motivation, organizational development and culture, workplace health and employee wellbeing, or system-wide or multi-level interventions and change with a focus on globalization, cultural differences, and diversity in the workplace; it is preferred that Social Psychology applicants have research experience in the application of social psychology to organizational or health issues or, more generally, in the areas of social psychophysiology or social neuroscience.
Required qualifications include: (1) doctoral degree in Psychology with a specialty in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, or highly related field from an accredited institution must be completed by July 1, 2017; (2) experience conducting research with human participants of relevance to industrial/organizational or social psychology; (3) commitment to working with diverse populations; and (4) evidence of strong written communication skills.
