Kelsey received her Bachelor's Degree from St. Cloud State University majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology and then received her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University. Kelsey moved to Duluth in 2016 and has since worked in the public and nonprofit sectors. Most recently she worked in the hunger relief sector as the Executive Director for the Two Harbors Area Food Shelf. Before that, she worked with the 6th Judicial District as a Treatment Court Coordinator for the Veterans Treatment Court supporting justice-involved veterans. Kelsey is eager to be a part of the Center for Regional & Tribal Child Welfare Studies and the impactful programs it supports.
