During his five year association with the Center for Regional and Tribal Child Welfare Studies, Mark Erickson, MSW worked with tribal and public child welfare programs and the court system. This experience included research projects and outreach activities including the Indian Child Welfare Act Institutional Analysis with St. Louis County, the Minnesota Department of Human Services’ Native American Equity Project, and representing the Center at meetings, conferences, and webinars.
Mark has a demonstrated record of being a trusted colleague with public and tribal agencies, and brings this record to the TTCP’s work. Mark’s approach to outreach and program development is one that includes listening, identifying agencies’ needs, and providing ideas and support for solutions in a culturally responsive manner.
