Nena Johnson, MA-CCC/SLP, C/NDT, is a clinical instructor and pediatric speech language pathologist in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Nena earned her MA degree from the University of Minnesota in 1998. Nena has 24 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient pediatric speech therapy with a wide variety of clients. She provides clinical instruction at the Robert F. Pierce Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. 

Nena’s clinical interests include pediatric language development and disorders, pediatric articulation disorders, infant and child feeding, childhood apraxia of speech, cleft lip and palate, counseling in communication sciences and disorders, and literacy. 

Nena is eligible to serve as a second member on CSD Plan B Committees.
