After a few years of indecisiveness in college, I found my love for Early Childhood Education. In 2013 I graduated from UMD with a Bachelor's degree in Unified Early Childhood Education, being qualified for both Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education. I strongly believe that children learn through play. Through my work, I aim to provide a caring and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
In my free time I enjoy being with my family and friends. My wife and I enjoy hiking the trails of the north land and I also like to collect and read comic books, watch movies, and play my guitar. Although I am not very good, the children still enjoy it.
It is very excited to be a part of Children's Place! In the past I worked here as a practicum student, a student aide, and completed some of my student teaching. It feels great to return here as a Preschool Teacher.
