Hi, I’m Patty Wendinger. I am an instructor in the Physical Education Teacher Education program at UMD. I earned my BASc in Physical Education at UMD, as well as my Adapted Physical Education Minor and coaching certification. I completed my Masters of Education from UMD. Prior to teaching at UMD, I taught in Kalamazoo, Michigan, at a K-8 school, and at Western Michigan University. I have so much fun and a passion for all of the courses I teach because of the students I get to meet and work with. Teaching to help students learn and become the best they can be is so rewarding and exciting.
In addition to teaching at UMD, I love spending time with my family and friends, being active, traveling, watching sports, and anything crafty.
